Subject: Do their parents know?

        I was browsing through vol 17 of the manga last night and a notion
popped into my head as those kind of things do.
        Do the senshi's friends or families have anykind of clue of who
their friends and daughters really are?  And..what happens when the day
comes that they have to come out in open and tell them if they don't?
        Naru-chan(Molly) seems to have a clue I think.  Near the end of 
SM:R she looks Usagi straight in the eye and says, "I hope Sailor Moon
will protect us."  Usagi only smiles, nods and says. "She will, I
promise."
        As for Ami-chan..She gets her brains from Mom, or so it seems.
Anyone near Ami's IQ would have figured it by the end of SM:S.
        You never see Rei's father, but her Grandfather and Yuuichiro
(Chad) live with her, and did they just wipe his memory when
Kohan attacked and Rei transformed infront of him?  How do we know he was
really out cold?  In SM:S he acts like he does know, but doesn't push it.
        Minako and Usagi's parents are clueless bricks.  I don't recall
ever seeing Minako's family in the anime, but in the manga she has the
same kind of family as Usagi, sans Shingo.  But, what I read last night.
Usagi goes off to fight Galaxia, and her mother comments. "I don't think
Usagi is ever coming home again."  Her mother has to know something. This
could be taken in a few ways.
        She knows who her daughter is, and fears she may not return this
time.  Or, if she does return the litle girl she loves is no longer
going to be that same person.
        Makoto, Haruka, Michiru, Hotaru and Setsuna are all off the hook.
none of these girls have parents to worry about.
        Of course as people say, there stark differences between the
manga and the anime.  Motoki(Andrew) in the manga KNOWS who the girls are,
and knows of the command center under his father's building.  He keeps
their secret since they did save his life.
        Now, what happens when the day comes to tell the folks and family?
It's senshi coming out day here on Sailor Moon folks!!!

                Scenerio: Usagi

Usagi:  "Mom, Dad, Shingo? Umm, I have something to tell you...."

Shingo: "You flunked another test?"  Usagi whaps him.

Usagi:  "SHINGO NO BAKA!  It's just that I've been wanting to tell you
         something about Mamo-chan and myself for a while now....."

Dad:    "OH GOD, your pregnant!?"

Usagi:  "DAD!!!! No way!"

Mom:    "You're engaged?"(hopeful smile)

Usagi:  "No, not yet anyway.  But hopefully soon.  But that's not what I
         wanted to tell you.  The truth is, I'm Sailor Moon and I'm going
         to marry Mamo-chan who is actually Tuxedo Mask and we're going to
         become King and Queen of the Earth and live in Crystal Tokyo for
         the next 1,000 years."
        "Also, Ami-chan, Mina-P, Mako-chan and all my friends are the
         other Sailr Senshi and are going to be my royal court because
         they were back in the Silver Millenium, but that was a thousand
         years ago so that's old news. BTW, did you know Luna can talk?"
        "Oh yeah, Remember Chibi-Usa, well she's my daughter from the
         furture.  I sent her back here to learn how to be a proper
         sailor senshi from me, but she's gone back now and I won't see
         her again until she's born 90 years form now.  But that's what I
         wanted to tell you."

        Usagi's family sits there with large sweat beads on thier heads.
        Usagi looks a bit miffed...

Usagi:  "You don't believe me?  I'll show you. "MOON ETERNAL MAKE-UP!!"

        Usagi turns into Eternal Sailor Moon.....

Luna:   "Oh, that sure was subtle.......*groan*"

                Scenerio: Minako

Minako: "Mom, Dad, Have you ever noticed a resemblence between Sailor
         Venus, a certain wonderfully gifted daughter of yours?"

Mom:    "Yes, but first you tell me who this wonderfully gifted daughter
         is?"

Minako: "DOH!"

Artemis:(muttering in the corner) "I knew this was a bad idea....."

        I'll let the rest of you wonder what the others would be like.
